House Siding (Vinyl, Brick, Fiber Cement)
Most homes in Lexington, Richmond, and surrounding areas benefit from a full exterior wash every 12–24 months.
- North-facing walls and shaded areas often need more frequent cleaning because algae and mildew grow faster.
- Homes near trees or in higher humidity spots may need washing every 12 months.
- Soft washing is usually safer and more effective than high-pressure washing for siding.
Driveways & Sidewalks
Concrete surfaces typically need attention every 12–18 months, sometimes sooner if you have heavy oil stains, tire marks, or significant dirt buildup.
A clean driveway makes a big visual difference and helps prevent long-term staining.
Decks & Patios
