Fifteen cubic yards is roughly eight to ten pickup truck loads, big enough for most residential projects, and small enough to sit on a normal driveway.

Over a weekend, at your own pace.
Whole-house and room-by-room clearing where the work happens across several days rather than one.
Heavy for its volume: ask first.
Tear-off shingles and underlay. Weight rather than volume is what fills the allowance here.

Where the debris arrives in stages.
Kitchens, bathrooms and single rooms, where waste comes out over a week rather than in one load.

If you are taking it down yourself.
Sheds, outbuildings and small structures dismantled by you, with somewhere for it all to go.

Timber is the easiest thing to load.
Decking, railings and framing. Bulky rather than heavy, which is the best case for a container.

Clearing spread over several days.
Branches, limbs and green waste from garden work done gradually rather than in one visit.
One container, one price band, with delivery and collection inside it. What moves the number is weight and how long you keep it, not which size you pick, because there is only one.
Delivery and pickup included. Standard rental period is 7 to 10 days.
Concrete, dirt, brick and roofing shingles are priced on weight, because a container can reach its limit less than half full.
Longer than the standard period, arranged when you book rather than negotiated when it is due back.
These are two different products for two different problems, and the cheaper one depends entirely on who is doing the lifting. We sell both, so there is nothing in it for us either way.
A container wins when the work is spread out. A renovation that produces debris for a week, a roof strip, a garage you are clearing an hour at a time: those all want somewhere to put things as they come out. At $280 to $540 with delivery and collection included, you are buying time and a place to throw things, and the labour is yours.
A crew wins when it is one day's work and nobody wants to do it. Our junk removal runs $100 to $640 and up and a garage or basement cleanout $280 to $1,280 and up, and in those numbers the carrying, loading and disposal are all included. For a single room's worth, a crew is often the cheaper of the two once you count the container plus a weekend. If the structure itself has to come down as well, that is demolition, which is priced with the haul-off already in it.
Two things to settle before delivery day. First, weight: concrete, dirt, brick and shingles can bring a container to its limit less than half full, which is why those are quoted separately rather than sold at the standard rate. Second, placement. A private driveway with clear overhead access is the straightforward case. If the only spot is the street, a shared lot or anywhere in the public right-of-way, ask Lexington's Division of Waste Management on (859) 425-2255 first: the city operates a permit system for dumpster placement, and it is a short call rather than a problem discovered by the truck.
Permit and placement rules are set by your city, not by us, and they differ across the eight towns we serve. We will tell you what we know and where to check, and we would rather raise it a week early than find out on delivery day. Tell us the job and we will say which you want
Very quick from contact to in home to remove some flooring. Once on site they got straight to work and did an outstanding job! Very reasonable price for the work done. Will continue to use them for all future needs.
Very hard workers that cleaned out a whole house that was trashed and filthy. Very polite and considered. Would definitely recommend this company!
Extremely helpful and nice, was hired for land clearing and site preparation they removed pesky honey suckle. Definitely going to hire them in the future.
Four steps, and the container does the waiting rather than you.
Tell us the job, what you are loading and your ZIP. Every quote comes back within two hours, guaranteed.
We agree where it goes and drop it there. Driveway placement is the normal case.
Take the time the job needs. Standard rental is 7 to 10 days and longer can be arranged up front.
Collection is included in the price, and disposal is handled responsibly rather than tipped at the nearest gate.
The six we get asked most, answered properly rather than deflected to a phone call.
Tell us what the job is. If a crew and a truck would cost you less than a container plus your weekend, we will say so: we do both.
(859) 213-6077One: a 15-yard roll-off. That is roughly eight to ten pickup truck loads, which covers most residential renovations, roof tear-offs, deck removals and house cleanouts without needing a second container. Having a single size is deliberate: it means there is nothing to work out before you book and no upsell to a size you did not need.
$280 to $540 for a standard rental, with delivery and pickup included rather than added on afterwards. Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, roofing shingles) are quoted separately, because weight rather than volume decides those and a container can hit its limit less than half full. Tell us what you are loading when you ask and the number you get will be the number.
The standard rental period is 7 to 10 days, which suits most residential projects. Extended rental is available on request, worth arranging when you book rather than when it is due for collection, because it is a scheduling question rather than a penalty.
General renovation and construction debris, household junk from a cleanout, timber and green waste all load normally. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, brick, shingles) goes in but is quoted differently because of weight. What cannot go in any standard container anywhere are things needing specialist disposal routes: household hazardous waste such as paint, fuels, solvents and pesticides, tires, and anything containing asbestos. If you are not sure about something, ask before it goes in rather than after, because a contaminated load is the one thing that turns a fixed price into a variable one.
Yes, and both are inside the price rather than added to it. Placement on your own driveway is the normal case and is straightforward, provided there is clear overhead access for the truck. If the only place it can sit is the street or a shared commercial lot, check with your city first. Lexington operates a permit system for dumpster placement through its Division of Waste Management on (859) 425-2255, and the other towns we serve each set their own rules.
Lexington and the surrounding counties: Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, Frankfort, Winchester, Versailles and Paris. Give us the delivery address rather than the town when you ask, since access for a roll-off truck is the thing most likely to need checking.
There is only one size, so what we need is what you are loading, where it can sit and how long you need it. If a crew would serve you better than a container, we will say so.
