Left-Behind Clear
Whatever the last tenant did not take
Furniture, belongings and rubbish left at the end of a tenancy.
Clearing a unit between tenancies, to your schedule rather than ours. This is the one cleanout where the deadline is money rather than a court, and it is priced and booked accordingly.

This is the only cleanout where being two days late costs the customer money, and it is the reason turns get booked differently from everything else we do.
The clear gets scheduled when the crew is free, the painter is booked for a date that assumed the clear happened, and one slip moves everything behind it. The unit sits empty through the gap, and the gap is the expensive part rather than the job.
Nobody quotes for the gap, which is why nobody optimises it.
Tell us the date the unit has to be ready and we work back from it, and say straight away if it is not workable rather than finding out together. On a repeat account the same crew turns up, which removes the explaining from every job after the first.
Same price. The difference is what it costs you in vacant days.
Four steps, no obligation, and you only pay for work completed.
The handover date, the address and photos from each doorway. You get a number back within two hours, guaranteed.
Not our next free slot. On a turn the schedule is the service, and a job that lands two days late has failed even if the clear was perfect.
Everything out, flooring lifted if it is in scope, floors swept.
Photos of the finished unit, which on a managed portfolio usually matters more than a walkthrough.
A turn is a small job with a hard date on it, which is the opposite of most of what we do and needs scheduling rather than muscle.

Whatever the last tenant did not take

The ones that did not survive the tenancy
Refrigerators, washers, mattresses and worn furniture.

Where it is going anyway
Old carpet and flooring taken up and removed before the refit.

The bit that gets forgotten
Lockers, garages and sheds that came with the unit.
What the turn actually needs
Left clear and swept so painting and repairs can begin.

One price, carrying included
Everything cleared is loaded and taken away by us.
Published ranges, because almost nobody in this market will give you a number before a site visit. You get a firm figure before anything starts and only pay for work completed.
A studio or one-bedroom with a normal amount left behind.
The common job: a two or three-bedroom, flooring included.
Larger properties, or a block of units turned together.
These are Crown’s own published cleanout ranges. If the tenancy ended in an eviction, read eviction cleanouts first: the timing rules there are different and they matter.
Very hard workers that cleaned out a whole house that was trashed and filthy. Very polite and considered. Would definitely recommend this company!
Very quick from contact to in home to remove some flooring. Once on site they got straight to work and did an outstanding job! Very reasonable price for the work done. Will continue to use them for all future needs.
Extremely helpful and nice, was hired for land clearing and site preparation they removed pesky honey suckle. Definitely going to hire them in the future.
Based in Lexington, working the counties around it. Send the address rather than the town: access decides more than distance on most of these jobs.
Answered properly rather than deflected to a phone call.
Send two or three photos. If it is really a different service we will say so and point you at the right page. It costs you nothing either way.
Send photos insteadUsually within the same week, and often within a couple of days if you ask early rather than late. The honest constraint is what is already booked, not the work itself: a turn is a few hours. What actually helps is telling us the handover date when you first ask rather than the date you want us there; we will work backwards from it and tell you straight away if it is not possible.
Yes, and it is the arrangement that works best for both sides. On a repeat account you get the same crew, who learn your units, your access arrangements and what you want done with flooring without being told each time. Send the portfolio rather than the first job and we will quote it as an account rather than as a one-off.
Yes, and it is the commonest addition to a turn. It changes the volume rather than the nature of the job, so say whether the flooring is going when you send the photos and it will be in the number rather than added later. If the whole floor is being replaced across several units, that is worth quoting together.
The clearing is; the timing is not, and the difference matters. After an eviction you should not be removing a tenant’s property until the court’s warrant has been executed and possession is formally back with you, and Kentucky sets no storage rules for what they left, which cuts both ways. Read eviction cleanouts before you book anything, because the order of events is the part that creates liability.
A small unit is $280 to $520, a typical two or three-bedroom $520 to $850, and a large unit or several together $850 to $1,280 and up. Crown’s own published cleanout figures. On a turn, what moves the number is usually whether the flooring is going and whether there is a lift.
Lexington and the surrounding counties: Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, Frankfort, Winchester, Versailles and Paris. The ZIP codes are listed above. Managers with units in more than one town generally book across the area on one account rather than per town, which is simpler for everyone and easier to schedule.
