The reason they are one company is that a property being cleared, stripped, emptied and washed is one mobilization rather than five.

If something is being taken down, that is demolition. If ground is being cut back, that is land clearing. If a property is being emptied of contents, that is a cleanout. If it is one or two items, that is junk removal. If it is dirty rather than full, that is pressure washing. Send photos if it is more than one of those and we will sort it out.
