Garages
The one you cannot park in
Single and double garages, back to bare floor and walls.
Garages, basements, attics and storage spaces cleared back to the walls. It started as one shelf, years ago, and the reason this job costs what it costs is usually the route out rather than the pile.

Published ranges, because almost nobody in this market will give you a number before a site visit. You get a firm figure before anything starts and only pay for work completed.
One space, moderately full, with a reasonable route out.
The common job: a full garage or basement, or both at a moderate level.
Garage, basement and attic together, or a space packed to the ceiling.
These are Crown’s own published cleanout ranges. One or two items you can point at is single item removal at $100 to $280, which is a cheaper page to be on if that is genuinely all it is.
Everybody sends a photo of the garage. Almost nobody sends a photo of how things get from the garage to the truck, and that is the half that moves the number.
A picture of the pile tells us the volume, which sets which tier you are in. That is genuinely useful and it is most of what we need. It is also the half of the job most people assume is all of it.
Necessary, and on its own not quite enough.
How far it is to the truck, whether there are stairs and whether they turn, whether a truck can get onto the drive at all. The same volume in a walk-out garage and in a basement under a narrow hall are a tier apart in price, and we would rather know before quoting than after.
One extra photo, usually worth more than a paragraph of description.
The commonest cleanout there is, and the one people put off longest, usually because they think they have to sort it first.

Four steps, no obligation, and you only pay for work completed.
Two or three photos from the doorway and the address. You get a number back within two hours, guaranteed.
Anything being kept is identified before we start. A shelf, a corner, a category: whatever is easiest to describe.
Out through whatever route there is, loaded as we go rather than stacked on the drive.
Floor swept, debris gone, and we walk the space with you before we leave.
Very hard workers that cleaned out a whole house that was trashed and filthy. Very polite and considered. Would definitely recommend this company!
Very quick from contact to in home to remove some flooring. Once on site they got straight to work and did an outstanding job! Very reasonable price for the work done. Will continue to use them for all future needs.
Extremely helpful and nice, was hired for land clearing and site preparation they removed pesky honey suckle. Definitely going to hire them in the future.
Based in Lexington, working the counties around it. Send the address rather than the town: access decides more than distance on most of these jobs.
Answered properly rather than deflected to a phone call.
Send two or three photos. If it is really a different service we will say so and point you at the right page. It costs you nothing either way.
Send photos insteadNo, and this is the single most common reason these jobs get put off for years. Tell us what is being kept (a shelf, a corner, a category, anything you can describe), and we work around it. If everything is going, say that and it is the fastest and cheapest version. What costs money is sorting mid-job because nobody agreed it in advance.
Because you are paying for the carry rather than the pile. A garage usually opens straight onto a drive where the truck is standing; a basement means every item comes up a flight of stairs, often with a turn in it, and an attic means everything comes down a ladder. The same volume can differ by a tier between those three. It is also why a photo of the route out is nearly as useful as a photo of the space.
Yes, at an additional charge: that is Crown’s own published position and it is more than most will do. What we cannot take is asbestos and regulated hazardous material, medical or biohazard waste, and fuel, solvents or pressurised tanks. Old paint tins and a stack of tires in the back of a garage are normal and we would rather know about them in the photos than meet them on the day.
Yes, if you want it gone. Racking, workbenches and built-in storage come out with the contents; just say so when you ask, because it changes the volume and occasionally the method. People often assume the fixtures stay and then wish they had not.
A single garage or partial basement is $280 to $520, a packed space $520 to $850, and whole-property storage $850 to $1,280 and up. Crown’s own published cleanout figures. Volume sets the tier; the route out decides where in it you land.
Lexington and the surrounding counties: Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, Frankfort, Winchester, Versailles and Paris. The ZIP codes are listed above. These are booked visits rather than same-day calls, so the further-out counties cost no more for a job this size.
Two or three photos from the doorway, and one of the route out to the drive, which is the photo almost nobody sends and the one that changes the number.
