Do I need to be at the property?
No, and most people aren't. Photos and an address are enough to price the job. For estate properties, rentals and out-of-town owners we can handle the whole thing without you present: that is most of what we do.
Is there a minimum job size?
Yes, we work to a job minimum. If what you have falls under it we will tell you on the phone rather than send someone out and charge you for the trip.
Can you come out today?
Sometimes. Junk removal, cleanouts and smaller jobs can often be scheduled same-day or next-day. Land clearing and demolition usually run a few days out because of equipment and crew scheduling. Call rather than send a form if today is the question: you'll get a straight answer faster.
What do you need from me to give a price?
Two or three photos, the address or ZIP, and a line about access: where a truck can park, whether there are stairs or a narrow gate. If you have a date in mind, say so. That is normally enough to price it without anyone driving out.
