View dumpster rentalEvery city in our area handles brush, bulk waste and overgrown property differently, and several of them will do part of your job for nothing. We would rather tell you that than take the money. Each city’s page has the detail and the source.
Rules are each city’s own and they change: the city page links to the source in every case, and the relevant office is always the authority on your own address.
Drive time is real, and pretending otherwise would just mean quoting you and then letting you down. Here is how it actually works.
A single-item pickup at the far edge of the service area costs us most of a morning and costs you the same as one round the corner. That maths does not work for either of us, and the further out you are the more likely we will say so.
If your town runs a free bulky collection (and several above do), that is almost always the better answer for a one-item job.
A lot to clear, a structure to take down, a property to empty, a seasonal contract: on jobs like these the drive is a small share of the day and the distance barely moves the number. We work the whole area for this kind of work and always have.
Give us the address rather than the town when you ask. Access matters more than mileage on most jobs, and both are things a photo settles quickly.
Very quick from contact to in home to remove some flooring. Once on site they got straight to work and did an outstanding job! Very reasonable price for the work done. Will continue to use them for all future needs.
Extremely helpful and nice, was hired for land clearing and site preparation they removed pesky honey suckle. Definitely going to hire them in the future.
Very hard workers that cleaned out a whole house that was trashed and filthy. Very polite and considered. Would definitely recommend this company!
Asked before anything else, and worth answering honestly rather than with “call us”.
Send your ZIP with a photo of the job. We’ll tell you the same day whether we come to you, and say so plainly if we don’t.
(859) 213-6077Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, Frankfort, Winchester, Versailles and Paris, and the counties around them: Fayette, Scott, Jessamine, Madison, Franklin, Clark, Woodford and Bourbon. Each city’s page above lists the ZIP codes we cover and the parts of that town we work most often.
We price the job rather than the postcode, but drive time is honestly one of the things that moves a quote, and it moves a small job much more than a large one, because on a half-day job the travel is most of the cost and on a full-day job it is a rounding error. In practice that means the further from Lexington you are, the more likely we are to be the right call for clearing, demolition and cleanouts and the wrong one for a single item.
Often, yes: these are the towns we work most, not a boundary fence. Smaller communities across the same counties are usually fine. Send the address rather than the town and we’ll give you a straight yes or no rather than a maybe, because a maybe wastes your week as much as ours.
Our smallest published prices are $100 for a single-item junk removal and $200 for the smallest demolition jobs. What changes by location is not the minimum but whether a job that small is workable at all: at the far edge of the area it often is not, and your own city may collect it free anyway. The section above says which ones do.
Yes, more than most people expect. Lexington-Fayette publishes a single height limit that applies across a merged county. Georgetown splits enforcement between the city and Scott County depending on which side of the line you are on, with land assessed agricultural outside county enforcement entirely. Other towns run their own arrangements again. Each city page sets out what we could source for that town and links to the office that is the authority on it: we deliberately do not quote a figure we cannot stand behind.
Two or three photos and a ZIP code is enough to say whether we come to you and what the job costs. No site visit, no callback to wait on, and a straight answer if the honest one is no.
